Summary:ABSTRACT Thoracic involvement occurs in 50 % of cases of Non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Bronchial involvement is rare. We describe a case presenting with probable lymphoproliferative disease and pulmonary infiltrates. Bronchoscopy revealed prominent diffuse nodular images throughout the bronchial tree. Bronchial biopsy yielded a diagnosis of marginal Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. The patient had a good response to chemotherapy.
