C&P retiree, volunteer Milton Garber Kay dies / After two careers, he spent his time helping community
A 1950 graduate of Lynchburg College, Mr. Kay was heavily involved in his alma mater's alumni association, helping raise money for the school "because some of his finest times as a young adult happened there," said a son, William Jackson Kay of Montpelier.
