Description
Summary:"Work in Progress" is just that--an opportunity to let others know about clinical and research efforts and interesting new ideas before they are fully worked out; a place to share some of the banal, day-to-day experiments required to move this field of ours into fuller being. We would like to hear about the little ideas and wild speculations which fuel and precede "important" contributions. Each time one says, "This could be a paper," but in the next instant or by the following month it is clear that the paper will not be written--these are the moments to sit down and write a paragraph or a page and submit it to this column. Our intention is to publish a wide range of material, from descriptions of formal research to "flashes" of intuition, and in this way to help the disparate practitioners of family systems medicine to make contact with each other. The contacts gained through these "little" contributions will help build a family systems medicine network, which should help us all. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2018 APA, all rights reserved)
