Summary:Objectives -Obtaining natural extracts and identifying galantamine; -Pharmaceutical formulation suitable for oral administration; -Biochemical and toxicological tests on the therapeutic efficiency of the preventive antidote. The purpose of the experimental study consists in the experimental development of antidote formulations obtained from natural extracts active in case of exposure to neurotoxic chemical agents. The Anova statistical analysis of the experimental results revealed a statistically significant difference in the mean values of galantamine from the extracts obtained by maceration compared to those obtained by ultrasound (pl, p2 < 0.001, p3 = 0.003).
