Summary:To enhance the photovoltaic performance of perovskite solar cells, LiSCN was doped to CuSCN hole-transport layers. The LiSCN-doped CuSCN exhibited a dense and flat surface morphology and had improved crystallinity and electrical conductivity. LiSCN doping of CuSCN enhanced the power conversion efficiency of the solar cells from 6.68% to 9.00%.
