The discipline of Marxism-Leninism is of great importance in the formation of the university student in general and the Natural and Exact Sciences in particular. This is because the aforementioned discipline provides the basic tools for understanding, deepening and enriching the different perspectives from the philosophical, the historical, the economic, the political and the social, where the human activity category, transverses the contents . The fundamental objective of the present work is given in making a methodological proposal, which from the discipline of Marxism -Leninism is assumed for the treatment of the Human Activity category in the careers of Natural and Exact Sciences. As methods or procedures used is the bibliographic search, analysis and synthesis and hermeneutics. Among the main results, the proposal has already been presented in different methodological scientific events and its instrumentation is prepared for undergraduate and postgraduate teaching at the Universidad de Oriente.
