Summary:	The present study was undertaken to assess the role of rigid nasal endoscope in the diagnosis of epistaxis, where normal anterior and posterior rhinoscopy did not reveal any specific finding. The use of the nasal endoscope allows diagnosis of bleeding points accurately and treating them directly. This study aims at identifying the nasal cavity's bleeding site of patients with active or recurrent epistaxis by means of nasal video endoscopy.AIMS AND OBJECTIVES1) To study the incidence of epistaxis during the study period.2) To study the various etiology present at the time of epistaxis.3) To study the different sites of nasal bleeding in epistaxis by use of Nasal Endoscope.
