Summary: | Recent floristic surveys and collections within Grand Canyon Region (defined as that area within Grand Canyon National Park boundaries and including one kilometer outside the Park but not including the recently recognized Grand Canyon-Parashant National Monument) have resulted in 72 new records for Grand Canyon, representing 40 families and 65 genera. Of these taxa, 39 are native, 12 are non-native, and 21 are horticultural introductions. New records for the park, including native, exotic, and introduced, cultivated species are discussed. |
