Solution of double-sided boundary value problems for the Laplacian in R3 by means of potential theory methods

A survey of conditions of well-posed solvability for the main double-sided boundary value problems for the Laplacian in R 3 and equivalent to them integral equations for the sum of simple and double layer potentials are given.
