Summary:The SAVE ENERGY Project aims to achieve energy consumption savings of up to 20% in public buildings through Human Behaviour Transformation. 5 Living Lab Pilots in 5 European cities were implemented using Living Lab methodologies, using Smart Metering technology and involving the users with the aid of ICT, namely Real Time Information, Serious Games and Web 2.0 tools to achieve sustainable User Behaviour Transformation on energy consumption. The very promising results so far, especially in the case of the public schools, and the potential for exploitation and replication are analysed.
