Practical visible broadband generation in PCF using a frequency doubled 770 nm fiber laser pump

We report on 430 to 1450 nm broadband generation by pumping highly nonlinear PCF with 420 mW average power frequency doubled pulses from a 20 kW peak-power, all fiber integrated Yb-Er 1 ps pulse source.
