Ultraviolet to Mid-Infrared Supercontinuum Generation in Dispersion-Engineered Nanophotonic Waveguide

We demonstrate ultraviolet-to-mid-infrared supercontinuum generation driven inside thin-film lithium niobate on sapphire nanowaveguides. With only 40 pJ from pump pulses centered around 2100 nm, we record a broad spectrum spanning from 380 to 2700 nm. © 2024 The Author(s)
