This paper proposes an intelligent guiding system combining software and hardware, integrating smart canes, glasses, and multifunctional backpacks. It addresses needs like traffic sign recognition, obstacle avoidance, and blind path usage. The software offers services through interaction, connection, and tracking modules. This system enhances independence and social integration, reduces reliance on caregivers, and promotes societal understanding and support for the visually impaired.
