2nd Order Backward Raman Amplifier Design Using Autoencoder for C+L Band Transmission
We propose machine learning based 2 nd order backward Raman amplifier design using autoencoder and a two-step training process. We demonstrate 0.18 dB RMS error for target Raman gain profile of 10 dB in C+L band transmission.
