Effect of resistance training on changes in cell adhesion molecules (ICAM-1) in women

Summary: | In current research, we seek to investigate relationship between resistance training and reduce heart attack throughout cell adhesion molecules. The overall results of the study showed that aerobic, resistance exercise improves endothelial activity, and the incidence and gene expression reduce ICAM-1. Therefore, regular exercise an important part in the prevention of diseases such as atherosclerosis and inflammatory diseases such as cancer. It can be claimed that both groups of aerobic and resistance groups have essential role in preventing cardiovascular disease. |
