Description
Summary:At the beginning of the 21st century, the community of Paicil Antriao began its reconstruction, which had been interrupted since the territorial stage. In a context that implied a new menace to their territoriality, a degree of preexisting mapuce organization allowed this lof to gain perspective. Intercultural articulation became a tactic for territorial consolidation. Based on our fieldwork, bibliography and documents produced by international and national organisms and the Mapuce organizations, this paper analyses how the reconstruction of the community was and still is a complex process in which intercultural bonds contribute to the consolidation of this form of organization in a context of intense conflict. The aim is to contribute to a complex reading of the processes of community reconstitution, from a case study in the province of Neuquen.
