Summary: | The governance allows to overcome the challenges of LPA as the forms of cooperation and coordination of joint actions. The participation of actors in the decision-making process of LPA is an important element to characterize governance, as some research suggests that the development of LPA is directly related to this participation. In this context, the aim of this study was to understand the participation of actors in decision-making LPA Clothing Muriae-MG. A qualitative descriptive character was realized. Primary data was collected through semi- structured interviews with nineteen actors of LPA, in July 2014 and analyzed by the content analysis technique, with support of NVivo[R] software. With the research it was found that the company representatives did not participate in the decision-making process. Contrary to what occurs with the representatives of the entities of which it was perceived greater involvement in the decision making process of LPA. It is concluded that the LPA Clothing Muriae-MG, decision-making is centralized in entities, which features the participation in decision making as incipient. Result that raises interest in investigating other elements such as the mechanisms that may be indicated, suggested or created for the participation of actors from occurring effectively. |
