Summary:The effect of deposition of various polymer layers and annealing in the air at different temperatures on the surface photovoltage of CuIn[S.sub.2] photoabsorber films was studied. After polymer layer deposition onto the polycrystalline CuInSZ surface, roughness and photovoltage somewhat decreased. The photovoltage decrease is greater for polymers with smaller flexibility of macromolecules and can be caused by the formation of micropores in polymer films. After thermal annealing close to the polymer glass transition temperature micropores disappeared and photovoltage increased. Photovoltage increase was higher in the structures with the functional layer of polymers having larger flexibility of macromolecules. On uuritud struktuuri CuIn[S.sub.2] /polumeer CuIn[S.sub.2] absorberkihi fotovoltomadusi eri pohimeee valides, soltuvalt struktuuri kuumutamise temperatuurist ohukeskkonnas. On leitud, et parast pohimeerikihi sadestamist CuIn[S.sub.2] pinnale struktuuri fotopinge monevorra vaheneb, samuti muutub pind siledamaks. Fotopinge vaartus soltub valitud polumeeri plastilisusest ja on suurem plastilisemate polumeeride korral. Seda voib seletada vaiksema arvu mikropooride tekkega. hirgnev termiline tootlus polumeeride klaasistumise temperatuuridel sumendab fotopinget ja vahendab pinna poorsust. Struktumidel, mis sisaldavad suurema plastilisusega polumeeri, on fotopinge vastavalt sumem.
