In addition, there were statistically significant differences between the tribal and post tests in the functional, biochemical and physical variables of the mixed martial arts players. (12) players representing the study community as a whole. The researchers used a range of physiological and biochemical tests, including the maximum consumption test Oxygen and measure the concentration of lactic acid in the fifth minute immediately after the effort and also used a range of physical tests, including the test of the forearm of the arms and the strength characteristic of the speed of the muscles of the abdomen and the explosive power of the two men In light of the results reached the researchers to several conclusions, most important that there was no development in the index of the maximum consumption of oxygen For the two groups and the second group, which used several activities in one day of the lactic index was better than the first group, which used one efficacy every day and achieved the second group, which used several activities in one day for the index Build on the front and distinctive force as soon as the first group that used the effectiveness of every single day.
