Description
Summary:The relevance of this topic is the need to study the process of destruction of the established world, the collapse of the system of international relations, lack of understanding and complete disregard by the aggressor of all humanitarian levers in a situation of war and armed confrontation. Theoretical analysis as a research method serves as a context and basis for finding and mastering objective information; the dialectical method of transfusing quantitative components into qualitative ones is necessary to find the appropriate levers to identify and punish the aggressor. The ideas of systems theory were also used in writing the article and a synergetic method was introduced for the whole text. The hypothesis of the article is to study the objective realities of today and find possible adequate aggression responses to neutralize the invader. As a result of the research, the author developed an appropriate scheme for the safe existence of the state. Security schemes implemented in international relations have several levels and options of protection. In the Ukrainian version, apart from the development of its own security resources and consolidation of strategic-level partnerships, Ukraine today mainly relies on the third level of collective defense, in which several states participate, combining their own efforts in confronting the enemy. Such a scheme, resembling a safety net, contains various protection options. The task of the heads of state is to unite the most acceptable components of the three levels and introduce the corresponding logistical component with the involvement of NATO schemes when the UN capacities do not work
