Description
Summary:The Arab Political Theater and the Manifestations of the Revolt: The Case of the Diwan Al-Zinj Play of Azzeddine Al-Madani ABSTRACT: The Arab political theater emerged as a result of the Arab revolutions and political fluctuations in the Arab This happened especially when Arabs were shaken by the humiliating news of the setback. In fact, this was a strong motivation for the movement of Arab playwrights towards political theater and towards adopting revolutionary dimensions. This motivation is played by striking the strings of popular consciousness and enlightening the Arab mind in order to reach the desired goal of political theater. The present article tries to reach the nature of the relationship between Arab political theater and the revolutionary dimensions in the work of Azzeddine Al-Madani, Diwan Al-Zinj. It also seeks to uncover the nature of the artistic, social and cultural interaction between theater and Arab political reality.
