Summary: | N. Subbu Reddiar's love and involvement in education and educating children can be found in the book “Kalvi Ulaviyalin Koatpaaadugal” (The Principles of Educational Psychology). Through this book, we can know his concern for the future of society. This can be deduced from the fact that the entire book is carefully addressed to children under each heading. It also explains how a teacher dealing with children should act with examples. It also establishes that an excellent teacher is the only way to better explain the interpretations of education, psychology, etc. In the nature and measurement of psychology, the researcher finds that measurement is a new interpretation of N. Subbu Reddiar's logical thinking. His understanding of the relationship between psychology and educational psychology, and the purpose for which educational psychology is well established, enables one to understand his subtle field by interpreting the relationship psychology has with other disciplines. His knowledge in the field of science shows him as a scientist in the areas of man and circumstance, psychology and physiology.
