Summary:The aim of this research is to examine and explain training and career development on employee performance. The population of this study was 44 at PT. Agung Bumi Karsa Kendari. The analytical equipment used is Multiple Regression Analysis. The research results show that training and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
