This articulates is born of an investigation like part of a doctoral thesis that looks for the characteristics of the companies that work in team to settle down. The investigation was made taking like reference mark some companies manufacturers installed in Spain. With base in previous investigations and in the obtained information of the interviews, the experience shared in the companies and the continuous feedback of the same ones through the use of Internet, an analysis of the influence of the decisive factors is made in the implementation of the work in team and the characteristics that determine the work designs implemented in the studied companies settle down
Esta articulo nace de una investigación como parte de una tesis doctoral que busca establecer las características de las empresas que trabajan en equipo. La investigación se hizo tomando como marco de referencia algunas empresas manufactureras instaladas en España. Con base en investigaciones previas y en la información obtenida de las entrevistas, la experiencia compartida en las empresas y la retroalimentación continua de las mismas a través del uso de Internet, se hace un análisis de la influencia de los factores determinantes en la implementación del trabajo en equipo y se establecen las características que determinan los diseños de trabajo implementados en las empresas estudiadas.
