Summary: | Fibromatosis colli (FC) a benign spindle cell proliferation of sternocleidomastoid muscles in neck presented during neonatal age group probably due to obstetrical trauma and should differentiated from other benign and neoplastic conditions because of conservative treatment of such entity.
