Description
Summary:Ewing sarcoma is a rare disease, characterized by a severe evolution. Its diagnosis is based on radiology, scanner and IRM, and is confirmed by histology. The chemotherapy associates Vincristin, Actinomycin, Adriamycin and Cyclophosphamid (VACA). Local treatment initially based on radiotherapy, is now more and more surgical. In this article, the authors report a case of Ewing’s sarcoma of the foot (the three cuneiforms bones) in a 34-year-old man. This observation presents a particular aspect because of the age of the patient and its localization. The evolution was fatal and the patient died before treatment.
