Description
Summary:The main results of a medico-sociological study are reported with special reference to the assessment of medico-social status and quality of life in patients with ENT pathology who were treated in a commercial medical centre. The study demonstrated that ENT diseases have negative effect on the working capacity, sleep, and the ability to perform physical exercises. In more than half of the respondents, pathological changes in ENT organs turned out to be a cause of deterioration of family relationships and the resulting impairment of the quality of life.
