Summary: | A case of a 31-year-old male with medical history, clinical symptoms and additional diagnostic tests strongly suggesting diagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism is presented. However, pulmonary emboli were not seen during pulmonary angiography. At autopsy bronchial carcinoma was found and this definitive diagnosis was confirmed by the results of histopathological study. |
