Summary:	The experience in the treatment of esophageal fistulas is analyzed. Necessity and expediency of bougienage of esophageal burn stricture in patients with fistulas are discussed, indications and contraindications to bougienage of esophageal stricture complicated with a fistula are formulated. Surgical treatment of these patients (disfunction of esophageal fistulas and different variants of esophagoplasty) are considered.
