Summary:	Possible sites of action of various drugs are discussed in the light of the existing conceptions of the ways of formation of leukotrienes and realisation of their effects. The expediency and possibility of the rational solving of the problem by using the drugs which selectively act on a link in the process remain to be doubtful. The system under study requires the complex pharmacological correction. One should first of all aim at the desirable final result of therapy.
