Use of CT and magnetic resonance tomography in the differential diagnosis of nontumorous diseases simulating presence of neoplasms in the pelvic cavity

Using X-ray computer tomography and magnet-resonance tomography 656 patients with various volumetric formation in pelvic cavity were examined. In 14 (2.1%) of patients nontumoral disease, simulating the neoplasm presence in a small pelvis cavity, was revealed.
