Description
Summary:Chronic diarrhea and weight loss are common in patients with AIDS. We report on an AIDS patient with chronic diarrhea, steatorrhea, and marked weight loss. A 75SeHCAT test demonstrated that the diarrhea was mainly due to bile acid malabsorption.
