Summary:Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (NTOS) encloses the whole set of clinical manifestations associated with the compression of the trunks of the brachial plexus and/or of the subclavian vessels as they cross the thoracic outlet (cervico-thoraco-brachial junction). It rarely affects children. We here report the case of a young girl treated for neurologic NTOS caused by supernumerary cervical rib.
