Patients admitted to our stroke center diagnosed as ischemic stroke secondary to CADs from August 2008 to April 2015 were prospectively registered. A total of 118 patients were enrolled in the study with the mean age of (44.2±12.8) years old. There were 87 men (73.7%) and 67 patients (56.8%) aged under 45 years old.
