Summary:Radiation arteritis is currently an uncommon sequalae of external beam radiation, however because of the increasing use of radiotherapy in the management of neoplastic conditions its recognition is increasingly important. We present two cases of debilitating femoral occlusive disease, secondary to radiation exposure, at a long period post irradiation and review the pathophysiolgy and management options for this condition.
