Summary:A case of long ureteral polyp is presented. The patient was a 62-year-old woman complaining of asymptomatic macrohematuria. Radiological examinations revealed ureteral tumor. A tumor was found with cystoendoscopy, and by transurethral biopsy in bladder the tumor was not malignant. Polypectomy was performed. The tumor removed was fibrous polyp measuring about 8 cm in length.
