Description
Summary:Four cases of thrombosed aortic dissection with extravasation demonstrated by CT were presented. In CT diagnosis for this type of dissection, cautions should be employed not only in an inhomogenous density area in the mediastinum and pleural cavity but also in the presence of deviation of intimal calcification and relatively high density area of crescent shape in aortic wall on plain CT.
