Combination chemotherapy for extracranial metastases of a primary malignant cerebral neoplasm

A patient with a mixed malignant glioma metastatic to the bones and lungs failed to respond to two different broad-spectrum combination chemotherapy regimens which included Adriamycin, methotrexate, cyclophosphamide, CCNU and cis-dichlorodiammineplatinum(II).
