Summary:Oligodendrogliomas commonly arise from the cerebral hemispheres and may secondarily invade the adjacent ventricles. Primary intraventricular oligodendrogliomas are quite rare. In this report we describe computed tomographic and magnetic resonance imaging findings of a right lateral ventricular oligodendroglioma in a patient presenting with seizures and amnesia.
