Summary: | The dielectric materials of capacitors are the key research content, but the mechanical and thermal properties of the composites are less studied. In order to study the comprehensive performance of nano-BaTiO 3 /epoxy composites, this paper prepares nano-BaTiO 3 /epoxy resin samples with different filling amounts and tests their dielectric, mechanical and thermal properties. The research shows that the impact strength, tensile strength and bending strength of nano-BaTiO 3 /epoxy resin samples increase and then decrease with the increase of nano-BaTiO 3 filling amount, the maximum peak value is reached at 40% filling amount. The glass transition temperature of the composite also increased from 133.4 °C at 10% to 138.3 °C at 50% filling. |
