Summary:This paper presents a collated grid-tied microgrid system which employs cooperative energy management control in piloting energy storage deployments on a function of scheduled solar photovoltaic, wind turbine and demand load cohesively. The proposed management scheme seizes prudent power flow transactions that preserve the network's performance and reliability through guiding state-of-charge switching algorithm. Conjointly, customary power-control converters are imposed to ensure mutual synchronization between respective generation units that tie to the distribution network. A detailed actualization of the proposed testbed system is constructed based on Singapore's microgrid infrastructure in Pulau Ubin island using PSCAD/EMTDC simulation environment. Analytical and diversified case studies are inaugurated to venture its proficiency at systemizing all generation and storage assets in both islanded and grid-tied jurisdiction. The simulation results have exhibited practicability in utilizing the proposed energy management control system and its lucrative integration of renewable electrifications to alleviate much dependencies on the utility grid.
