Summary: | The planning and budgeting information system (SIPERA) has been used since 2016 for the submission and monitoring of planning and budgeting activities at the Bali State Polytechnic. The successful application of information technology in an organization depend the willingness to accept technology among users. The evaluation process needs to be done to determine the success and acceptance of a technology. Therefore it is important for management to know how users accept and adopt SIPERA. The acceptance analysis is using the TAM model. This model is built with the modification of the TAM model concept. Modifications are adapted to the characteristics of the institution so that it can describe the acceptance and adoption of SIPERA. The methodology used is an overview of existing models, identifying systems to produce factors that influence the success and acceptance of a technology, and continue by analysis using structural equation modelling. The results of the study are 2 main factors in the proposed conceptual model, namely the user confidence factors and attitude human factors. User confidence factors consist of perceived usefulness of using the technology and perceived ease of use of the technology. The attitude human factors consist of perceived ease of use and attitude toward usage of technology. This research will produce a TAM-based model that is expected to be able to measure the level of acceptance and adoption of SIPERA in Bali State Polytechnics. |
