Description
Summary:With the growing penetration of Renewable Energy Sources (RESs) in the distribution network, the power flow maybe feedback to the superior grid during the peak generation hour of RESs. This does not fit the current technology of protection system, which may result in fault operation. To solve this problem, a new interconnection structure via AC/DC/AC converter for neighboring low voltage distribution network is proposed in this paper. A synergetic control strategy is proposed along with this new interconnection framework to improve the consumption of RESs. The synergetic control strategy is composed of two innovative parts, the buffer threshold based mode switching method and the control command solver. Finally, the proposed framework and algorithm are validated through the simulations.
