Description
Summary:It is a key problem to standardize interfaces between functional elements of an intelligent diagnostic reasoner and other applications in the process of realizing an open ATS diagnostic system based on components. The standard AI-ESTATE is a resolution for the upper problem. A modeling method for AI-ESTATE diagnostic services with UML is better to embody the AI-ESTATE architecture and construct the foundation for implementation of a diagnostic system. The paper analyzes the function of AI-ESTATE reasoner services in a diagnostic process, the UML class diagrams of the diagnostic management model and reasoner operational model are set up, and the operational sequence diagram of diagnostic model management services is depicted. By means of the mentioned modeling method, AI-ESTATE services could be standardized and specified through the process of a diagnostic system software implementation, so the software architecture of a diagnostic system could be optimized and object relationships are clarified too.
