Summary:Till now, much research has been done on the immediate impact of human resource on technological innovation, while neglecting the role of intermediary variables. The influence path of human resource on technological innovation is not clear yet. Therefore, it is very important that we study the influence path of human resource on enterprise technological innovation. The paper uses 176 samples derived from thirty-one enterprises in Shandong and Jiangsu provinces. With the structural equation model, the relationship between human resource and organization incentive, knowledge innovation and technological innovation in enterprises has been tested. The research demonstrates that human resource has a positive impact on technological innovation in enterprise through two paths: organization incentive and knowledge innovation. Organization incentive and knowledge innovation play a completely mediating role between human resource and technological innovation in enterprise.
