Summary: | With China's economic rapid progress and people's living standard increasing, public management and public services play more important role in the process of urbanization, and its land valuation, the basic natural factors is paid more and more attention. Against the background of the establishment of China's socialist market economic system, governments also used free-free period configuration in traditional planned economy for public administration and public services land, and then this directly led that the use of public land is not scientific and state-owned production is losed and so on. More importantly, this may indirectly become a corruption breeding ground for government officials, resulting in the interests of the country and the people lost. In this backdrop, through valuing public management and public services land and refering land price leverage to guide the government reasonably allocating public land use planning, the maximum utilization value of public land is full played. In this paper, economics-game theory is used to analyze intrinsic properties of urban public management and public services land, and the main factors of economy, environment and society are analyzed, so the rational planning and use of urban public land may be further explored for government. Land valuation of public management and public services should highlight the public interest and strengthen the social costs. |
