This paper presents a novel idea of taking care of old people, patients and women staying isolated at home. Patients require prompt & accurate decisions so that lifesaving therapy can be applied timely. In major cases prolonged treatment at hospital is not feasible. Secondly, rate of crimes against old people and women staying alone at home is increasing day by day. An efficient and reliable, round the clock automatic monitoring system from a local as well as from a remote place has been described here to overcome the problems. This unit communicates through GSM based technology to a remotely placed person about the patient's health parameters like temperature, heart condition, and respiratory function in real time enabling the doctors or the family members to take measures. Emergency online activated services have also been provided through GSM devices. Introducing one touch notification switch has made this system smarter. Instead of going through a process, a single touch will help in gas booking, calling a doctor, contacting a police or a person by providing necessary message.
