Description
Summary:Summary form only given. Solar energetic particle (SEPs) first released into interplanetary space are important clues to the site and nature of the SEP acceleration mechanism. In this review we study available observational data and recent theoretical results related to astrophysical aspects of particle acceleration near the Sun. A set of interesting conceptual and physical associations of SCR generation with the high-energy process at other stars is highlighted.
