The objective of this research is to develop a Mobile Geographic Information System based on android mobile from user and customer requirements, which it will help the business owner in marketing their products. MSMEs has a big contribution not only to economic growth but also become a private income source for most of the people in Indonesia. Therefore, to increase the independence, efficiency and effectivity of MSMEs, utilization of information technology should be improved. The reason why a mobile application was chosen because mobile technology is one of technology that often used by the community. So, it's easy to use. An object-oriented approach was chosen in this system development because it can give a clear and understandable information to the stakeholders and also it can describe the task and function of each actor in the system. We expect that this model will help the developer to see the system and application comprehensively. And also help the owner of MSMEs to increase their effectiveness and efficiency in promoting their product
