Electronic DACs bottlenecks in high-speed transmission are eliminated by our recent optical-DAC based modulation scheme parallelizing two MZMs, for optical 64/256QAM generation, fed solely by NRZ or PAM-4 drivers yielding 3 to 8dB extra EVM margin.
